General terms and conditions, by definition, have a generic character. They form the basis for every proposal that Quo Vide delivers. We use the Netherlands ICT conditions as the basis for our general terms and conditions: a set of rules that helps distribute risks and responsibilities. The conditions apply to the following services and projects:
- IT management services
- SaaS solutions, such as PolicyPortal, Connect
- Custom software and websites

In addition to our general terms and conditions and a proposal, a processing agreement is also concluded for a project or service concerning the processing of personal data. The processing agreement is added as an additional attachment to the contract. This agreement is specifically drawn up for the purpose of the project or service.
